Eggs in Toast Cups

This is a quick and easy way to serve tasty eggs. You can make this dish for one person or a large group. It is great a great addition to a full breakfast with meat, fruit and of course a muffin.

vegetable oil spray
slices of bread
cheese (your choice)

325* preheat oven.

Spray each custard cup or large muffin pan cup with vegetable oil spray.

Gently mold a slice of bread into each cup.

Break an egg into each cup. Season with salt, pepper, and top with a slice of cheese.

Return eggs to oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Remove eggs from oven and loosen toast from sides of cups with a spatula.

Serve hot.
